What this privacy notice covers

allengaged is committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about what information we hold about you. When we say ‘personal data’ we mean identifiable information about you, like your name, email, address, telephone number, bank account details, payment information, service and contract information and so on. If you can’t be identified (eg personal data that is aggregated and anonymised) then this notice doesn’t apply.

Who we are 

We are a coaching and consultancy company, offering financial management support and other management consultancy services, such as coaching of individuals and teams. We are a Limited Company number 14553309 registered in England and Wales. 

How we can share your data 

There will be times when we need to share your personal data with third parties. We will only disclose your personal data to:

• third party service providers to allow processing and storage of data in accordance with contract and with legal basis 

• other people where we have your consent.

International transfers of personal information 

Information that we collect from you is likely stored within EU regulations but may be stored at a destination outside the European Economic Area (EEA), as follows; 

Office 365 applications, Xero Accounting Software, i3 Profiling

The European Commission has adopted the EU-US Privacy Shield. An agreement under which personal data can be transmitted out of the EU, giving adequate guarantees of protection. The above companies are part of US Privacy Shield. These countries may have laws different to what you’re used to. Rest assured, where we disclose personal data to a third party in another country, we put safeguards in place to ensure your personal data remains protected.

Unfortunately, any transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our Site and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.  If you would like to receive further information about our safeguards, please contact us using the contact information provided. 

Retention 

The length of time we keep your personal data depends on what it is and whether we have an ongoing business need to retain it (for example, to provide you with a service you’ve requested or to comply with applicable legal and accounting requirements). We’ll retain your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you and for a period of time afterwards where we have an ongoing business need to retain it which will be seven (7) years in line with accounting requirements. Following that period, we’ll make sure it’s deleted or anonymised.

Your rights 

It’s your personal data and you have certain rights relating to it. When it comes to marketing communications, you can ask us not to send you these at any time and if you would like to exercise your rights in accordance with DPA 2018 then please get in contact with us.

Changes to this privacy notice 

We may update the terms of this notice at any time, so please do check it from time to time. 

We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by placing a prominent notice on our website. By continuing to use our websites you will be deemed to have accepted such changes.
