- Over a 30-year career Tara has always been guided by a strong ethical approach to business and life in general as demonstrated within her work and voluntary roles. She has led organisations and teams during crisis management, restructure and change programmes, and periods of significant growth.
- With 20 years as a senior leader in businesses within charity, service delivery, and manufacturing sectors, and covering from small family-owned companies up to large-scale multi-national organisations, Tara has managed, coached, and developed people and teams to deliver their objectives.
- As a fellow of CIMA, Tara has extensive experience in strategic visioning, stakeholder reporting, business planning, and interpretation of management and financial accounting in order to protect cashflow and profitability.
- Wider than finance, Tara has led operational and supporting services with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness in business processes, team management and development using a supportive coaching style, and commercial contract management to deliver maximum value at optimum cost.
- A CMI Level 5 and i3 Associate Coach, Tara’s focus is on personal strengths and authenticity of individuals, to fulfil their potential and meet organisational goals. Also using that personal self-awareness within team dynamics work by focusing on complementary skills and collaboration.

I have delivered i3 in a variety of organisations and there's really no barrier to who can benefit. The main reason for me is that the uniqueness of the tool allows us all to be our own individual selves. I'm not the same as anyone else, so why should my profile be?
